Discover what gives your life meaning!
Easier said than done isn’t it?
Since the beginning of time women have been the ones to care, love and move mountains to make sure everyone else is looked after in and around her life. We get so busy, we float through life, and we can easily lose our way in our very short life. It can be so noisy in the world that we can no longer hear our calling, our purpose, our core of what we want, how to be happy, or for that matter who the heck we are.
First, know that where you are, is where you need to be right now. To be ready to take the next step, find the next direction, and begin to solve the questions in your life to be able to take the next leap with confidence, joy, courage and personal development.
Like every human being, we want to be happy, to be loved, to love, to be able to live with our heads held high, to have the respect of the choices we make in our lives and to be able to share all this with the ones we love.
Even the dictionary explains selfish in a negative way, so how the heck do we change our thoughts to look after ourselves first - to love ourselves FIRST. This is the key to helping others more profoundly. One of the greatest examples of this, is when we are on an airplane - we are to always put on our oxygen mask first, and then assist others.
The intention of who we are is everything, and IF we do not know who that is anymore, it’s tough to change our thoughts.
Picture for a moment that you knew you were going to die tomorrow? Are you doing what you’ve dreamed of doing? Don’t wait for things to come to you, go to the things that will help you move your life the way you NEED it to go. Do you want to leave this earth NOT doing what you were called to do?
Horses don’t judge and NO riding involved
As women, some of us are constantly in fear of being judged. Horses are incapable of judgment. What a unique thought; to go to a place where judgment does not exist, and we can just be ourselves! They don't care about our clothes, our weight, our spiritual or political beliefs, or where we’ve come from. They just care about helping you to be the best version of YOU that you can be. You are unique! No BS workshops.
Is it, at all, worth even trying?
Yes! Yes it is! Don’t ever doubt.
You can do it. Please don’t drop out.
Find yourself and find your role.
The rest will follow - your path will unfold.
A career that’s your passion will suit your life
The rest will fit in without much strife.
But now more than ever, you need to be true,
True to yourself - your own Authentic You.

If you don't spend time on you, where will you find the energy and strength for all your loved ones?
As women, we spend money trying to fix the outside of our bodies, and we neglect the inside of our being.
We glow, we are beautiful, we are strong, and we are courageous when we know exactly who we are and where we are going.
Your life can be what you want and need it to be. Be True. Be Authentic. Be YOU!
And ask yourself…What’s the worst thing that could happen if I take this weekend workshop?

THE JOURNEY - This is the beginning of many new journeys, and to move forward you must learn to build the relationship not only with your horse but within YOURSELF. What do we need to do to start a journey? How do we build a relationship within?
BALANCE & BOUNDARIES - This is a PIVOTAL program to helping you understand WHO YOU ARE and also provide you with insight as to how "who you are" interacts with others you deal with on a regular basis. What is one huge awareness you learned about yourself that you would be able to use in the real world?
WHO ARE YOU? - ‘Objective’ of Self Reflection defining your Self Esteem and Self Worth (which is the same).
Definition: In sociology and psychology, self-esteem reflects a person's overall subjective emotional evaluation of his or her worth. It is a judgment of oneself as well as an attitude toward the self. In this exercise you will gather information, to discuss the components of self-esteem and reflect upon your own self-worth. What is self-esteem? Where do you get self-esteem? What does self-esteem look like?
SYMBOLS OF SRENGTH - The objective is ‘Personal Power’. How do you find your Personal Power? What do you see in yourselves? Can you recognize it and draw from it when needed? This exercise is about taking the positive pieces of yourselves and creating a visual of it with the horse to solidify your feelings about yourselves. Your guide, your horse partner will confirm it and have you feel it; you will see it and you will write it.
The workshop will end with you preparing a "Map" of WHO YOU ARE; a visual piece you can draw from and build on long after the workshop.
A LIFE CHANGING EXPERIENCE!
Frequently Asked Questions
What if I am allergic?
Knowing is half the battle! Just be sure to take an antihistamine before you come. Some facilitators, are also allergic; my own daughter who is asthmatic due to allergies to horses, grass, hay and dust has been around horses her entire life. Being prepared is the key. You will not be with horses the entire workshop; if the weather allows, we will be outside when working with our horses which will help. Washing your hands between exercises and not rubbing yourself or not overly hugging your horse will help; even though it will be a tough urge to battle. Taking allergy pills prior and during the session will help and we will also have allergy medication on site.
What if I am scared or don't like horses?
No worries! Growth comes from stepping out of your comfort zone. NO riding involved. Your horse is your guide and only seeks the best outcome for you. If you aren't being pushed out of your comfort zone, you aren't learning. This is an opportunity to overcome fears or preconceived notions. Some of the people who have attended our workshops have started out petrified, but by the end of the program, they want to come back and visit their horse because it taught them more about themselves and they thought possible; they have overcome their fears and leaped into a wonderful new journey.
